Ground Floor

On entering the front of the property through a stable oak door there is a large hallway; doors access the Lounge, a Bedroom, Cloakroom and Dining Room. Internal doors are oak.  You enter the Lounge through a pair of doors from the Hall; there is a wealth of ancient beams within, a stone fireplace and log burner, plenty of light due to triple aspect windows and French Doors onto patio areas.

The large ground floor double Bedroom with large quality finished fully tiled ensuite, containing bath with overhead shower; heated towel rail and wash basin with above and below storage unit, shaving and light points within, and toilet. Flooring throughout this area is with large Italian tiles.

From the hallway there is a beautiful oak staircase leading to the upper floor. The hallway leads to the large Kitchen/Diner through glass panelled oak door; it is fully equipped with gas hob, electric ovens, dishwasher, sink with stunning views, plus a second window providing plenty of light, and plenty of storage cupboards and worktops. External Areas

Patio’s and paths surround the house; allowing access easily for outdoor living. A large patio umbrella 5m x 5m complete with lighting. There is a further dining area outside kitchen which has a translucent cover to allow continued outdoor dining even in showery weather. A Further smaller patio area has a swing seat overlooking the garden.  There are secured gates and ornate barriers surrounding the house, to allow security and privacy. The Garden is laid to lawns with trees within, small areas for shrubs and flowers surrounding the property. There is an area with walnut trees, apple and pear. The woods are mainly Chestnut; providing ample home grown wood for the log burners. There is also a well within the property grounds.

A large Greenhouse stands near to the house and a large well maintained Potager is maintained with soft fruit, cut flowers and vegetables. The Potager is enclosed with fencing to keep deer out. Much of the grounds are unused but is maintained by the farmer in exchange for the hay produced. This area could be easily adapted for equestrian or other uses.
